Owner John A. Pelland
With over 20 years of experience, John is quickly establishing himself as one of South
Florida's most trusted renovators and home builders. John is a graduate of Michigan
State University; B.A. in Financial Administration, 1989 and Walsh College; Masters in
Professional Accountancy, 1996. John began his career in the construction industry in
1986 when he started a custom painting company to help pay for college. This business
has grown and blossomed over the last 20 years to become a major remodeling and
custom home building firm. Along the way, John has gained extensive knowledge of all the major trades including : tile work, painting, drywall, woodwork, carpentry, cabinetry, framing, electrical and plumbing to name a few. John is a hands-on owner and
very involved in every step of the building process. John is available to each and every
client to update progress and answer questions to ensure a stress–free experience.
The Team – Recognizing the importance of consistency and quality of construction, John works exclusively with several preferred architects, interior designers and subcontractors in the area. In addition, Accent is comprised of a team of talented and professional in-house staff members to expertly remodel kitchens, baths and outdoor living spaces, which affords John the opportunity to maintain direction and control over each and every project. Clients can count on the team's collective knowledge and experience in scheduling, meeting deadlines, production and quality craftsmanship as customer satisfaction is a priority at Accent.
